Tips: cara elak sembelit

assalammualaikum ladies and gentlemen.

hampa y baca entry kami ni ada masalah sembelit ka?
tuh? sama la ngan kami pon.. keh3
bab susah berak tu mmg diwarisi aku sejak zaman sekolah ag.
ceq pon tataw awat mami oii...

bila tya kawan2 kalo sembelit nak makan apa bg perjalanan sisa makanan ku selamat sampai ke lubang jamban?
macam2 la jawapan y depa habaq.
makan pisang,betik bla bla bla..

sebabkan masalah sembelit ni membuat kan perut aku membucit slama beberapa hari kalah ibu mengandung.
depa mgandung anak aku mgandung teik -.-
penah sampai xtahan dah aku p beli pil sembelit kat pharmacy.
sepapan rm5. TAPI effect dia ya ampunnnn....
sebelom  melepaih tu perut mengulas tahap gila vavi. vavi gila pon xsakit cam ni.
so nak makan pil tu pon jadi takut. n usus y telah adapt dengan pil tu n trus bergantung harap ngan pil.
then i decided utk STOP!

aku stat makan pisang sampai aku turn into gorilla!! ini seriousss!
doktor2 malah bomoh serta dukun tak dapat membantu memulihkan aku menjadi puteri gunung ledang semula. (aiseh. tetiba ja. metafora bebenor)
sampai la one day tgh jejalan kat tesco then i found this. ahhaaa...

maka aku pon mendapat conclusion utk experiment aku ni :

an apple a day keeps a doctor away
a sunsweet a day keeps your tahi away!

HAHA

RM 5000 contest !

Practicing car pooling are a good example of saving.

Public transportation have changed human life become more convenience than  before.

even with car pooling people have to spent more money for their parking fee. 

BUT yet these kind of transportation pollute the environment.

Malaysia's Rapid public transportation has a better way of saving the atmosphere; 

by builds a train that give no smoke and eco-friendly.

MRT 

so they are in a process of finding a great slogan for this malaysian-lover-to-be 

and the prize is RM 5,000 !!

rule#1 for photography : check the level of horizon

halo . today i'm gonna share about my latest hobby.

whats make a photograph look nicer? yup editing !

that is what i'm gonna show you the magic of editing . tadaa~

im gonna show you what magic that an editing can caused. here we go~

this photo was taken by one of my friend. we went on field trip at balik pulau (penang) and stop by at a kampung to look around. the problem with this photo is that the horizon(kaki langit) was at the center. 

when i was in form 3 i remembered that my art teacher used to said that when you want to paint a portrait of  a scenery the horizon should be upper/lower but not in the middle. if not the portrait do not look alive. nmpk mcm mati gittew~

the same principle used while taking photograph.

i've edited this photo. i cut out large part of  the bare road, sharpen the photo and put some words thus,

 this how it looks like. 

people often say that they are bad in taking pictures/photograph. what they actually not realized that by editing.. a photograph can looks like a real world.
